School Closings

Emergency school closings will be posted on the following service:

In the event of a weather related delay, the District will follow the Late Start Wednesday schedule:

  • Palos South Middle School: 8:45 a.m. – 2:40 p.m.
  • Palos East and Palos West Elementary (grades 1-5): 9:25 a.m. – 3:25 p.m.
  • Full-Day Kindergarten: 9:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Morning Preschool and Kindergarten: 9:45 a.m. – 12 p.m. (noon)
  • Afternoon Preschool and Kindergarten: 12:45 p.m. – 3 p.m.
